Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
My practice can support you to explore and be curious about your emotional well-being and mental health.
Having trained as an Art Psychotherapist, I am able to provide a safe, enriching space, where together we can think about your journey and what has led you to therapy.
My work is informed by a psychodynamic principles, which is the study of the psychological forces that underlie human behaviour. This thinks about your unconscious and conscious feelings, and how these might relate to your early life experiences.
Empathy and compassion are the core values of my work as a therapist and I can work flexibly with your emotional needs in a sensitive way.
Training and Past Experiences
I have completed MA Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University in London.
Currently I work in West Essex as a Community Art Psychotherapist with people in their home environments, who have a range of both mental and physical health needs.
Previously I have worked within the NHS as a trainee Art Psychotherapist in a community setting with adults with learning disabilities.
I have worked extensively in homelessness too, and have experience of working with addiction issues.
